Well good luck on the meet and greet ... staying in touch with like minded groups/people is a huge help I suspect. Plus, I suspect fame is pretty low on the wih list for GTI!
We had turducken a year ago ... it was not worth the effort if we had done it from scratch, but this was one of those mail-order jobs somebody got as a prize and invited a bunch of us over to try. it.
